There are so many food options in the market but still, I find it hard to get the right amount of nutrition. I tired quickly and feel as if my body is drained of every ounce of energy. Andy Dyer’s book has answered all the food whys in my life and now I look forward to mindful eating in my life. Andy has answered the question of what should I eat today for life!
Every mother's primary concern is providing her child with nutritious and healthy food. With this book, I am better able to understand the inner body environment and how better to nourish it with the right food. Our food preferences have a huge effect on us that perhaps we underestimated. This book is perfect for mothers to give their children something that will help them.
The best thing about this book is that it does not limit you to eating certain food and avoiding others. A better understanding of the interaction of food with our inner body makes our options more wide and treats our palate to deliciously healthy foods we were otherwise unaware of.
I didn’t know anything such as gut microbiome existed. Thanks to Andy I now make a more informed decision about the foods I consume. I am obsessed with healthy food, but after reading Andy’s book I realized how little I knew and how much more I need to do. An exceptional read!
